Danny Meyer has done it again. Went here for lunch and was bowled over by the food, decor and staff. From the moment we entered there were no fewer than 4 employees taking our coats, checking us in, greeting us and seating us. As we walked through the gorgeous space, we were floored by the meat and bread station right smack in the middle of the restaurant. We started with the sardines and fried artichokes which were both fresh and flavorful. Next we split a bunch of pastas- the spaghetti and ricotta ravioli were sublime. The manager came over and checked on us and over all the service was impeccable. Truly a great dining experience.
The only thing missing was a key to Gramercy Park!
