Long's is a terrible business. First we bought an Englander latex bed and the one delivered was not the one we picked out in the store. The store owner admitted that she hadn't told us about possible "manufacturer's variances" in the latex bed, but would not budge from her no-return policy, so we exchanged the bed for a more expensive and custom-made sofabed, which we were told would arrive within 4-6 weeks. It is now 11 weeks later and we have not yet received this delivery, nor did we ever receive a courtesy call from the store regarding the delay. Worse, we called the store several times to inquire about it but were given different stories and excuses, and on several occasions the salesmen have said they would call us back but didn't. We finally spoke with the store owner who was rude, defensive, and offered no apology nor commitment to deliver the sofabed by any specific date. Rather than shopping at what we first thought would be a local customer-friendly business, we should have patronized the big chains like Sleepys and Raymour instead. Shopping at Long's has been a lot of trouble and we regret it. Save yourself and don't shop there.
