        If I could give no stars I would. My vehicle needed to be towed on a Thursday night at 8 P.M. I was located on 95th street in 3rd Ave. By 1130 P.M there still was no tow truck. The only call I received was at 10 P.M To inform me about the truck being 15 minutes away. Terrible customer service because they never followed up. I had to call my insurance to schedule a pick up from a different company. I recommend staying away from EnM.
