We made this showroom especially for you. Get to know the products and see how each product solves a different window situation.

One of the most important parts in ordering window treatments is taking measurements. At Horizon we insist on performing this task by our professional decorators, who take into account all window constraints while measuring it. Since this task is so important and trivial to ordering treatments we decided to include it as a free service.
When requesting a Free Shop @ Home service please specify what type of treatments would you like to see. Our decorators will come with dozens of sample books, prototypes and shade models for you to choose from. If you haven't found a brand to your liking ask our decorator if he knows the source of a specific pattern or fabric you desire.
In Horizon we believe that getting a price quote is a basic need and should not be charged. As a part of our Shop @ Home Service our decorator will quote you an exact price for the treatments you chose, absolutely free. Furthermore we encourage our commercial customers to send us project plans with product list and we guarantee to replay within 48 Hours.
Ordering is easy and may be done during a meeting with our decorators or at a later date.

We were in need of blinds in a short time frame (2 large south facing windows). We had the sales person visit, he showed us options, he was helpful and offered what he said was a discount if we signed / paid a 50% the same day. I signed because he said an install would be possible on the date I was requesting 3 weeks later. I was then called to say that install would be later, upon talking to the sales rep again he said it was late and there was nothing he could do. The person who was arranging the install then gave me a date 2 weeks later (as the installer and electrician both needed to be there for the install). On the agreed date 3 installers did arrive within the window advised, and quickly installed the blinds and did a good job tidying up. We had the follow up visit to sand and paint where the power had been installed in the wall and adjust the length of one blind 3 days later and he did a good job. On the product itself I would give a rating of 4 stars, because I think they were quite expensive for what they are I would give 3 stars, based on the delivery I would say 1 star, so on average I would give 2 stars. If you decide to go with them I would get an install date in writing before you sign / pay anything, and have them put a right to cancel with full refund in writing if they then deliver later.

I would highly recommend this vendor!
I would highly recommend this vendor! I walked in without an appointment and was helped immediately by a highly knowledgeable sales person, I then made an appointment for a home measure that week- the appointment was done exactly on time and I got exactly what I wanted all within my budget. The custom rollers were even ready a week early and the installation crew was on time, courteous and cleaned up after the install. I couldn't be happier!!!

GREAT SERVICE!! I Visited the showroom, there was a great selection of shades, drapes and design ideas. Service was professional and experienced, they had worked in my building and made good recommendations about the shades that would work for the space. Installation was quick and went well, great service, worked really well!!

These guys really delivered. Yaron was an amazing sales consultant. He was extremely professional, courteous and delivered on his word. We had really nice shades installed and it all lined up with the day of our move. When you find a company like Horizon, you stick with them. The quality of the product is great and the service (including installation) was very smooth. Ask for Yaron and I am sure you will be very satisfied with the service. Great job, Horizon!

I have used Horizon Window many times…
I have used Horizon Window many times since moving to Manhattan. They have helped up re-do all the windows in our apartment. They have a wide selection to choose from, are competitive in their pricing, extremely helpful and and very punctual about appointments. We highly recommend them.

After moving into our new place we…
After moving into our new place we needed blinds for 10 windows. Oran met with us and very patiently and competently walked us through the different options highlighting pros, cons, and cost, also pointing out where we could save money with minor modifications to our grand plan. Then we met again to go over the color scheme and Oran was again very helpful with suggestions. Installation was very clean and professional.

I gave a rating of 1star because 0 stars is not an option. I called and told Horizon I was interested in blackout shades for my apartment and did not want to spend a lot of money on nice shades because I was moving out of the apartment in less than a year. They said they would send someone over for a quote. The man who arrived was very rude and pushy. He took measurements and gave me a price of $750, which included a special 20% discount for our building. I have no doubt this ""20% discount"" was just some bs line that they use for every building to make it seem like they are doing you a favor when in fact they are ripping you off. I was then coerced into signing on the spot a $365 security deposit even though nobody ever mentioned to me in advance that this would be required. I asked if $750 was typical and the guy said yes, this is what it would cost anywhere. 3 weeks later when they were finally ready to install the blinds we set an appointment for Wednesday. I took the day off of work, and someone that day called me at 4pm (our appointment was from 3 to 5) saying they couldn't make it. Then I made one phone to call to another company which quoted me a total price of $400. \r \r This company is just awful.

Best decision I made in a long time!
Best decision I made in a long time! I had awful looking blinds in my house, and I just couldn't stand looking at them anymore! I did some research and saw many people were pleased with the work Horizon Window Treatment did for them, and they have just made one more very pleased, satisfied customer. It almost makes my home look like its been remodeled. It made that much of a difference!

This was perfect! I wasn't sure how my windows would turn out but. they are gorgeous!!!! They were fast, on time, professional, and very fairly priced. If I ever need anything done with my windows, no doubt, I will be going through them again! :)

I just had these guys out yesterday and…
I just had these guys out yesterday and I am astonished at the intricacy of their work. Absolutely amazing! I have the most beautiful blinds in my house now, and I don't have to stare at those nasty mini blinds anymore. They are totally worth it, so if you need anything for your windows, these guys are the best for sure.
