Homehelper Housekeeping

Richard is very congenial and he tries to be helpful whenever possible. However, the girls are the problem. Ive had 1 that was a terror and broke things and this last one, Ileana Guerrera, is not thorough although she works slowly.
My kitchen is 5 x 8, light cleaning; it took her over an hour, and, she forgot to clean the counter because the supplies were on it. She barely cleaned the livingrm and gad a problem with the vacuum. I changed the bag and she still had a probkem vacuuming. In the middle of cleaning the bathroom, she suddenly leaves because she said her garage time was up and promised to return. Nope, she never returned...didnt finish cleaning and didnt stay the allocated time that I paid for. Richard readily agreed to give me the credit. Ileana is UNBELIEVABLE!!! Avoid her. Luz is great and Anna is good.

My experience will home helpers house keeping was terrible. Richard was extermely nasty and rude when I called because their girl was past her 30 minute window. He was upset that I had called Living social whom I had brought the package through, when I had lost their info to find out what was going on and to get their information and they went back and forth between refusing me the service and send the girl who was already past 30 minutes late. Finally I said I did not want to do business with a company like this and cancelled. They were the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with in my life.

My experience with Home Helper Agency was a pleasant one. I believe their housekeepers will do a good job for you too.
