This place is a SCAM.
This place is a SCAM. I ordered flowers on their sketchy website, i needed last minute flowers, and the flowers were never delivered. I tried calling the two numbers on their site and no one picked up or I got a busy signal. Don't believe me? You try calling (212) 233-4890 or (877) 637-2531. BUYER BEWARE !!

Never use this florist!

I will never ever order from this shop again and would not suggest anyone to use their service. I ordered a bouquet of roses called ""Parisian Pinks"" for one of my co-workers from all people in our office. I paid about $70 and asked them to deliver in a morning. They confirmed that it would not be later than 12:30. They delivered an hour later when my co-worker was on lunch. But that was not the worst. The worst was that instead of beautifully arranged roses that looks so nice on their website my co-worker got and bunch of dying flowers that looked like they picked up from the garbage. They were not event pink as the name of this bouquet suggested. Even the green stuff they put into the flowers was yellow. I called them and asked them to take them back. The person who picked up the phone got very nasty to me, screamed at me and hung up a phone. I have never been so embarassed in my life when someone who I care about got ""flowers"" from the place.

They botched a Valentine's Day delivery and got the days confused. I should have known better than to use this florist given the other negative reviews. It's very frustrating that they were able to get such a simple detail wrong. Never using them again. I guess it could be worse. I could have been the secret admirer with the name disclosed...

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend - had them delivered to a large office building downtown - they were delivered on time, my girlfriend loved them - she said they were high quality flowers and smelled great (i never saw them). they came in a vase (not a box).\r \r When i ordered it was not a holiday so not sure if the service is the same during busy season...

Failed to deliver on Valentine's Day

Since I had to be away on business, I called four days in advance prior to Valentines Day 2006 to pre-pay an order to have flowers sent to my wife for the holiday. The flowers were never delivered. They said the delivery person called and received no answer from my wife on her cell phone, and they returned the flowers to the store. I checked our cell phone records, and there were no calls from #'s we did not recognize on Feb 14. In fact, she only had two calls, and they were both from me. BAD BUSINESS-AVOID.

I sent a girl flowers from ""A Secret Admirer"" for Valentine's Day but they released my name to her. I never felt so humiliated in my entire life. I will never use this florist again.
