GREAT place. I've been in cancer treatment for 3 years and I have PET-CT scans there every 3 months. It's always quick, professional friendly and calm. The people at the desk are fabulous and you can't do better than James downstairs at the actual scan.

EXTREMELY proffesional and friendly. I was late about 20 mins and they were helpfull and friendly, they took care of me right away. The girls in the front desk were very nice and the technicians were comforting and made me feel safe even though I started freeking out. It was my first time getting an MRI.

The staff was generally pleasant and the facilities seemed all right. I was concerned about privacy: the main reception area is very open; I found it to be a difficult area for relaying my private concerns. Also, in the waiting area closest to the exam rooms, I could hear talk about patients! Very disappointing that more courtesy wasn't shown to the patients through professionalism. It would be nice if a place were set aside for women to put their belongings during the exam. The mammogram tech was very nice and patient, but the ultrasound tech was condescending and seemed dismissive of my concerns. They said, ""we'll see you in a year"", and I don't know that they will. What they don't seem to understand is that the lack of professionalism makes me doubt their ability to offer a professional medical opinion so I left with concerns. Very disappointing.

I just had spine MRI and worst experience ever with this place, specially the lady who run the MRI..I was unable to walk, NO help what soever, Earplug just felloff middle of the process and i had to listen the noise machine for 20 minutes. They just don't care if you are in pain, or walk, or ear plug is in place...Very disappointed..

I wasn't sure what to expect at this place after reading these reviews, but after going there for a test, I do not understand all the negative comments. I needed an MRI on my spine, and the technician Walter acted exactly the way you want a technician to be during a procuedure that makes you tense. He was welcoming and nice, and asked whether I wanted to be told what was going on during the procedure, as he's found people have different tastes. I did want updates, and before every run through of the MRI, he told me ahead of time how long each one would be, which made it much easier to get through. The front office staff was fine, nothing amazing, but certainly nothing bad either like others have written. I also did not wait long, less than 1/2 hour, which in a doctor's office by late afternoon is considered good. I would use them again if I have to.

I accompanied my mom to this location on several occasions. As soon as we walk in, the receptionist greet us and ask us what type of exam we're there for. From there they ask for a ""doctor's note"" and insurance card. On one occasion we left the note behind and freaked out. The receptionist asked us to stay calm and offered to call the office for the note to be faxed. She assured us that everything was going to be taken care of and it was. The wait was a little longer than usual since my mom's doctor took a little while to respond to the receptionist request. The receptionist kept us up to date with the status of the wait time, etc. She was very courteous and kept apologizing for the delay. Once inside my mom states that although the test was a bit painful the technologist was very patient with her and adjusted her to try to make her as comfertable as possible. My mom has been to two diiferent mammograms facilities before this one and swore never to return. She feels very comfertable at Central Park and doesn't believe that these bad reviews on this site are referring to the same place we go to.
