I had to go twice as the first time the doctor took no cultures and her diagnosis was wrong. the most important part see how many bodies there are medical.it appears most are receptionist like with no medical background. As an educated lady I was not impressed. I got fooled by the niceness of the front. Annoyed when I called to discuss I wasn't feeling better and a lady on there staff alerted me there was no cultures taken come back.I did and found out I was misdiagnosed. I wonder if that is usual in all urgent cares as the main reason is to cut costs so you don't go to ers. I learned IM IMPORTANT AND I WILL MAKE THE DECISION WHERE TO GO>I LET THE CEO OFFICE KNOW I WOULDNT COME BACK AS I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE COMPETENCE AND WAS APOLOGIZED TO.

Clean urgent care and good medical care thanks

Whoa! I'm blown away. Went there last night for a rib contusion. After filling out a one-page registration, I was called in to be seen before I had a chance to warm up the waiting room chair. I got a thorough exam from a board-certified emergency physician, with x-rays and was out of there in half an hour. The charge for the visit was $195. In an ER I'd have spent hours waiting, and $500 just to walk in there! My new ER option for minor but urgent problems. Highly recommend!!!

The place was nice and clean. After filling out the preliminary paperwork I was seen very quickly, which was a real pleasure. The nurse and the doctor were courteous and respectful. When I was ready to leave, however, there was a problem with their asking me for a copayment, even though I gave them my insurance card. It finally straightened out when I showed them my medicare card and the copayment wasn't necessary.

Was seen in under 15 minutes! Doctors and assistants were courteous, caring and professional. Amazing bedside manner; it made my going for a rather embarassing and uncomfortable vaginal problem seem like a walk in the park; ordinary. I was no easy client because past encounters with brute, hasty and inconsiderate gynecologists at private practices had made me distrusting, anxious and a bit neurotic but, despite my fears, I was given a thorough yet gentle exam. Thanks CityMD for curing me of my gynecological phobias! Never going to an ER again!
