I heard great thing about this place from a coworker so I went with a girlfriend on a Wednesday night.
Our waiter was rude the menu dropped on the floor and he didn't bother to pick it up - so I had to bend over and get it, then when I asked for a second glass of kir royale, he completely forgot until the very end of the meal at which I just told him not to bother.

I found the experience lacking in more ways than one. My girlfriend and I were tucked in a corner on the middle back banquette and left for ten minutes with only our menus and no drinks and the place wasn't even that busy. i cant say enough about Cognac. i've had lunch there 4 times and each time has been great. an experience to remember. the portions are not huge but the taste, presentation are incredible. I took my friend out for her birthday last night and chose this place after deciding we didn't want to confine ourselves to someplace in the TWC.
