\nI ordered a case of wine online from Beacon Wine and Spirits. Because they apparently were sold out of the wine that was listed as in stock, THEY SENT ME A DIFFERENT CASE OF WINE from a different vintage with a much lower rating, even though their website clearly states that they will not make changes without contacting the customer first.
\nI have repeatedly contacted them more than 5 times only to get delays and the run-around, and have been promised that a return label would be emailed, then promised it would be faxed, then provided a Fed EX account number, etc, only later to find that an individual like me cannot ship wine even if it is a return for an item not purchased. My credit card buyer protection states that I must show proof of the return to reverse the charges. I am getting the run around with 4 different employees and managers each promising they will absolutely handle it that particular day.
\nSTAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. Maybe honest people can send people like this a message.
\nThey have a lot of class... unfortunately, all of it is LOW.
