the italian romance is so fat and stupid fresh that I almost peed in my pants right in the movie theartre!Its so warm!

I am truly sorry that your experience was bad but I've frequented that theater for years and have always been satisfied with the service there. True, when it's crowded at the consession stands there can be more lines open for people to purchase their food quicker, but all in all I always enjoyed my time at that movie theatre. I hope you do return soon and ask to speak to a manager and relay your feelings to him/her so they can resolve your issues asap.

I traveled to manhattan from brooklyn to spend a day out with my daughter and get away from the dirty and disappointing theathers in brooklyn. We went to the 1240 showing of college road trip. There was two attendants to sell tickets but I say I should have used the vending machince because the person selling me my tickets was not very happy to be working and it showed. The second problem I have was that the movie was on the 6 floor and in between there was nobody to help you find your way until to came upon a women taking your tickets but because she was so into her conversation with another working there could only tell us keep going up. WHen we finally reached our floor we went to purchase some candy and pretzels bites and a hot dog. The man behing the counter informed us that he manager is not around so there is no key, which means no candy, he went on to tell us that he is the process of making the pretzel bites but did say SOrry..We asked the man if the concession stands on the other levels had the key for the candy and again we got a sorry. So we settled for a warm hotdog, when asked where the mustard was we were directed to an area with pumps of ketchup and mustard and right next ot it on the counter was a silicone chaulking gun for bathroom and kitchen repairs open on top of a napkin like they were in the middle of filling in something... We then go to RM#20 and sit in our seats and notice that there is a man sleeping in the seats. he was there before we got there and he was still there when we left. I was very disappointed in our expierence and will never again go to this movie theather. The only thing I can say about this is Sorry I wasted my time and money and again sorry that a great day out with my daughter felt like a great disappointment. The amc theather should really have better supervision on the multi floor theather to make sure that when people are spending their hard earned money and believe my a day out in the city is not cheap they are getting a nice time.
