Can't deliver a complete order.
They never delivered a complete order......... We ordered a large 29"" Delsey and a small carry-on Delsey piece. It was delivered to the apartment that I was moving out of. The luggage came new and looked great, but the 29"" was missing the zip-in suiter. While this is not a huge component of any luggage, in this case it was the reason we went with this piece instead of another. I wasn't upset bc we didn't need it at the moment, but I did call immediately to let them know the mistake and ask that the missing piece be shipped to a different address (the billing address) since I would no longer be at the shipping address. \n...One month later, still didn't have it. They said it was on back-order and it would come a few days later to the billing address (remember, sihpping address no longer valid). \n...Another month goes by, nothing. They said they sent it to the shipping address and wondered why I never received it. I reminded them that the shipping address is no longer valid, please send to billing address. ""Ok."" \n...Another month goes by, nothing. They kept me on hold ""trying to get in touch with Delsey,"" said they'd call me back with an answer later that day, never heard back. I decided to open a dispute with the credit card company we purchased the luggage on. The credit card company processed a temporary refund until we received the whole order. \n...Another month goes by, nothing. Altman now says they will not send me anything because a refund has been issed. I explained that is a temporary refund from our dispute to the credit card company due to Altman's lack of fulfilling the order, and will be reversed once we get what we ordered. He says he will not fulfill an order that has not been paid for........ Seriously?! He further says they are waiting on me to return the luggage since I were given a refund. (What? I didn't want to return.. I just want my zip-in suiter!) I confirmed--- return the luggage that has already been used several times at this point? ""Yes."" Really? ""Yes."" \nI'll take my refund and head over to Macy's where I can get the same piece of luggage... the WHOLE piece.
