Success! Thanks for posting your review of Ace Hotel New York. You’ve done the world some good today.

Not recommended

The atmosphere is pretty relaxed and the music is quite good. However, no dancing is allowed and this rule seems to be selectively enforced. I've never been more disgusted with a bar in my life and I've been to hundreds of them due to work. \r \r Unfortunately, I went here recently and some dbag at the bar started a fight with my friend for no reason. Complete lack of service

Rooms are tiny, dank, dark, and depressing. Service is nonexistant. Elevators are inconvenient. Female front desk staff only pays attention if you are under 30 (which is how dumb they are, since usually the oldest person in the group is paying the bill). Impossible to sleep comfortably or to have a package delivered on time. A complete disaster for business.

That last one bugs me the most because I could not turn on the A/C and it was too hot in the room ... view more
