@puppylovenyc I'd love to have an open dialogue with you and or anyone for that matter with a complaint or concern but when I'm not given that opportunity than yes I have to get the facts straight. I'm all for feedback if it's constructive and not simply meant to hurt my business or the paychecks of the employees I provide for. The truth is I didn't think the prior reviewer was a good fit for our company and vice a versa. Instead of creating an uncomfortable situation for the client or us I asked them to look for another service to work with, and we gave them as much time as they needed to do so. Much of what they wrote ranged from an unfortunate misunderstanding to simply not the truth. Note nothing regarded the care of their dog or their house, about 95% of our job. We simply did not connect on a personal level and that's why I urged them to look for another company, and again I gave them no timetable to do so. If given the opportunity to address a problem we go out of our way to offer casino customer service and hundreds if not over a thousand clients can attest to this. Again I made clear and will again I never want a client to feel uncomfortable or leave on such terms and they rarely ever do. When you deal with so many different personality types and your job involves someone's pets in their home it's can be ripe for emotion and some misunderstandings. I get that and respect that. We do have some core policies that we don't bend on and sometimes to be honest if someone can't get what they want they perceive that as rude. You have to see these guys! My mother and I had a sit down with the main guy there David, and we knew immediately this was our choice! He had done a bunch of my girlfriends weddings, and then I came to find out he also helped out two of my coworkers as well. So from the start we had a great feeling walking in, and it only got better. David took the time to have pictures ready from our hall, even having room shots that I had asked for so my mother could see some ideas. JoVon has a system of using multiple photographer artists that did different styles, which I loved, and is probably the reason we eventually signed with them. David and Marko (Marco?) were our artists and they were quite exceptional!! I had to almost pull my friends away from them because everyone was having such a good time hanging around their crew of guys, which by the way was like four guys! I had to wait like 7 weeks to get my prints, but I was told that was because October was such a nutsy month, which I guess I understood. So far, that has been the only negative. So although I can only comment up to this point, I can attest that a bunch of people that I am close with have been happy and so far we can only say the same thing. The engagement shoot was a wonderful experience. We were close to skipping it but David convinced us of its value and he was absolutely correct. My fiance ended up actually having an interest in the whole photo thing after doing it, which I did not see coming!!!! Certainly one of if not my best vendor choices, but I was blessed because all of my vendors did a wonderful job. I hope all of you future brides have the experience that I had too!!!! TM

With you is indeed easy and pleasant to figure - hours spent inside your company were just some sort of paradise, even for my husband, and he did not like to be photographed! There were so much positive, unforgettable emotions that there is managed to move inside each made your shot! Thank you for some of our holiday, the soul you use it! Thank you for ones warmth, for your professionalism! All our relatives and friends of folks are just delighted with all your work! Every day we hear only positive responses! I was very lucky i learned about the job "First Lady" and through him in order to satisfy you! We are sincerely happy that you really were our photographers! And also hope that this isn't the last pictures taken by you to us in the future will still be occasions to pay.
