im, disapointed that the customer did not ask to speak to me. i think that if they had they would have been happy with the result. lots of people call to barter or get prices. shop were your comfortable but to be upset with our prices sounds petty. we been in buss. since 1957 same family. thats over five decades of experience. we have an outstanding list of clients with quite a few second generation customers. i work over 50-60 hours per week and care deeply about our qaulity. this is a tuff and expensive buss. to be in thats why you dont see more cleaners. property taxes, real estate taxes, tangible taxes, EPA taxes the list goes on. in the service buss. a customer who doesent get what they think they should goes to social media with no proof and rants! we dont barter our prices and we dont sit on the phone giving out our prices. most cleaners are basically the same on all prices with some running specials to suit there area and economic needs. the dime you think you save doesent always out weigh the gas money. i personally have never heard a counter person being rude to any customer. being in a small 1800 sg. ft. building i dont miss much. im pretty into customer service and feel thats why we been here so long. if given the chance which i believe is the proper way to address the proplem i would be on it asap. processing hundreds of items per day is alot more difficult than people may think and we occasionaly make mistakes. will continue to work harder and focus on improving every day!!
