I went to the movie "BURLESQUE". It was a "feel good" movie (one of the few produced now days). The music was great. I was shocked to see that Cher was a co-star ---- not the leading actress. She was still very good at the part and may get "BEST SUPPORTING ACTRESS" award. The young lady from IOWA, that started out playing the part of a self made bartender -- was gorgeous, sweet, innocent and had that natural beauty look. By the time they got done with her (making her up for the stage) --- she looked like a real hussy. I liked her original look better. I enjoyed the movie a lot and everyone CLAPPED at the end. It was really refreshing for a change to see a movie that wasn't full of swear words, blood, guts, rapes, torture, doom & gloom, or disaster --- and still everyone liked it. I enjoyed the Vegas acts. The best part --- most everyone was walking out of the theater with a smile on their face and will have pleasant dreams tonight because of the movie. FINALLY somone added to the 'PLEASURE" of the world --- not take away from it.
It's so rare these days to find REAL customer service, or to getwhat you pay for, but these folks treat you right! The building is GORGEOUS!!! The plush leather seating is beyond comfy! The staff is the most genuinely helpful and friendly bunch that I've ever encountered in a single place. From Charles, who filled my bucket with their DELICIOUS popcorn.. to Sherry, who graciously escorted me all the way to my theater to hold the door, because my hands were full of goodies.. these people are FABULOUS!!! The picture is crisp and the sound will knock your socks off!!!!
