We have lived in New Salem for almost 20 years and have done business with Orange Oil the whole time. They have always come quickly when needed and been very friendly and professional. Love the automatic delivery and pre pay plans. And we also love the fact that they have branched out into other types of heating and cooling which are more economical and environmentally friendly. This summer we had them install a Mitsubishi Electric Ductless System which was an amazingly flawless event. (My only complaint being that they didn't read my mind and do it before we asked!). A true family run community business that takes good care of our little town.

Okay...delivery service is reliable. But they get 1 star, for the worst customer service ever! We spent over $1400 for oil in 2011 and when our furnace went down on the coldest day of December and we called them for service? We got " I don't know you" and then they hung up. Really? You know ALL your customers by name? And what? Our money, that we would pay for the emergency service isn't good enough for you? Shame...shame, you lost a customer in 2012. Not a good way to start off the New Year.
