Waller & Mitchell

My experience with Waller and Mitchell was not very helpful. I spoke with Mr. Waller about a foreclosure that I am facing in the near future and he did NOT help with most the questions I asked him. He gave me answers like "I wish I had a crystal ball with all the answers" when all I wanted was his professional opinion on how to handle my situation. When I asked weather a lender was more likely to file Judgment against me from a Foreclosure as apposed to a short sale he gave me some off the wall response, and after I tried to evaluate in my head what he just told me and repeat it back to him in simple form he smiled and told me " you asked me what time it was and instead of giving you the time I explained to you how to build a watch"? By the time I left his office I felt more frustrated and confused then when I got there, before I went to see him I called and asked how much a consultation was I was told $100.00 and when I left I went to pay the receptionist Mr. Waller told her to charge me$150.00 when I was only took 30min of his time! what a RIP OFF!!!
