        Overall

        Not only did I just call the store looking for prices on feed the first time I was put on hold for 10 minutes I hung up call back the second time I was put on hold for 5 minutes so I proceeded to call back one more time and was put on hold one more time I guess l well just go to Royal king as a long time customer of your store I become very disappointed in your customer service you've lost a really lot of good regular customers due to the lack of customer service.
