        Overall

        When I went in to tmobile on little rd and ridge road I bought the galaxy note 2 and was told that the jump program will get me on the note 3 which is the phone I wanted but I needed something right away. The salesman Bruce told me in 3 weeks I could come get the note 3 but I went in and was told no I had to wait 6 months! The manager Lewis was so rude to me and talked down to me saying I didn't understand the associate and that no there is nothing he can do and just call customer care. DO NOT GO HERE! They will lie to you just for a sale.
