I had been in a lot of pain for a week or more when I finally made an appointment with Dr. Franceschi. He came highly recommended by a good friend.



Going in I was really nervous as I had not been to the dentist in a while and I was afraid of what he might find and how much it might cost.



As soon as I walked, Nancy the office manager calmed me down and made me feel relaxed and at ease assuring me everything would be OK.



Dr. Franceschi entered the room after his assistant took some x-rays and he was very pleasant and listened carefully to what was bothering me. Soon after he clearly showed and explained to me what was causing the pain and what he would to to treat it immediately.



I really liked that he spent as much time with me as I required answering all my questions and explaining what concerned him and what needed to be done to correct everything.



I left his office that first time after having the painful wisdom tooth pulled feeling 100% better than I walked. I realized that day that the dentist is a lot scarier in my head then actually sitting in the chair.



I've since been back to Dr. Franceschi's office two other times. This last time I saw the hygienist for a deep cleaning. As always, Dr. Franceschi's office staff was very nice and accommodating, willing to take some time to talk to me, explain things in as much detail as I required and answered all my questions.



I've since referred a couple of friends to Dr. Franceschi practice and I plan to continue to use him my dental needs.

After a series of bad experience with dentists in this country and overseas I was at the point where I felt I would never go to another dentist and if i did it would have to be under heavy sedation. All this changed when I met Dr. Franceschi over seven years ago. I was put at ease by his calm caring manner,he takes the time to explain the problem and procedures in a way you can understand and is very professional. Over the years he has replaced missing teeth and corrected disasterous work done by other dentists. Local anesthetic is given so gently and he is always concerned for my comfort during at times very lengthy procedures, and I have not needed heavy sedation. Now I have a full set of teeth, am able to chew my food properly and to top it all I have a beautiful smile. Dr. Franceschi is a perfectionist - he is the best. The staff is courteous and always willing to accomodate for appointments. Smiles of Trinity is the place to go.

All i have to say" great Dr and Staff..as much as everyone hates to go to the dentist it was a pleasent experiance. very friendly, personable staff and cute Dr!!!!!

I had a broken tooth and it was fixed beautifully, it feels great and there was no pain, and they accepted my insurance. Very professional. Strongly recommend them. I am not afraid of the dentist anymore.
