Seabee AC & Heat, Inc.

My A/c was working but keep shutting off after some time so I called my Choice home warranty and they sent Seabee a/c and heating inc for repair. Technician told me that I need to get clean clogged drain and clean out leaves from condenser and he will charge $1500 or I have another option to change whole unit At $8000.00.
I called another a/c company and they told me my clogged drain is causing toggle switch to keep turning off A/c . He cleaned drain pipe with bleach and since then a/c working like a horse. My cost for repairs was $185.00.
Go figure out yourself about honesty of Seabee A/Cand heating inc.

I bit on the $54 tune-up. Free filter ended up being a piece of foam cut on spot and immediately determined to not work with my air handler. Never opened top of air handler to examine, clean, oil fan motor or coils. Said all was sealed and good. Went to roof to check out compressor. Did nothing. Again a sealed system. Checked nothing other than visually. Talked poorly about the company that sold me my equipment. Told me condensate pipe was clogging but didn’t open to blow out, flush, nothing. Sprayed something on coil dropped a couple tabs in the pan. Gone.

Tech was on time and very polite.He explained and showed me a bunch of things. I would definitely recommend.

Great service from this company

This company is horrible. First they contact me saying I won a free A/C cleaning. When the serve tech came to the door, he asked "What do you do for a living". I don't not understand his question as my occupation has nothing to do with my A/C. I felt unsafe as the tech keep asking more question and making commits to the effect that I must make a lot of money. During the service, he sprayed a deodorizer in the A/C system that made my house smell like a public-school building. No problem with public-school build smell just not in my house. After the service the service tech was very pushy with replacing parts and cleaning mold. Do not use this company.

I was very pleased with this company and would definitely use them again!! They were respectful and on time. Thanks Scott!!

Ask to find out how long their installers have been employed at the company.

Very disappointed with the service call I requested. The service man came, looked at the thur went out side hooked up 1 gage not where the freon goes. then tells me it was a $1500. TXV valve Plus $150 for 2 lbs freon and $350. for labor. I thught service calls includes free freon and at least check the freon level. He checked nothing for $49.95 service cal which I've had done before so I know a little about service calls.l. I checked on the computer and the TXV valve goes for $ 75. to $125. We were the last call of the day it seemed like all he wanted to do is leave and go home. To me I got ripped off. Ever sinc I bought the unit I complained about a loud noise although they said they would come out to check after 2/12 years hey still have not showen up. This last service man said "YEP" it is loud.. I will be looking else where for service from now on.
