Hencke Fiberglass Decks

New roof installed by them in 2009. In 2013 had expensive water leakage and they came out and repaired the roof and damage and I paid them to resurface the whole roof. 2016 new cracks and they wont return any of my calls.

I don't recommend fiberglass roofs and especially since these are one of the only contractors around who install them. They do not back up their product. Very poor customer service and no warranty apparently.

They blocked my number after several attempts to reach them and several messages left (over the course of several weeks). All polite. I just wanted them to come out and take a look.

Hencke fiberglassed two of my decks several years ago. We recently had a problem with one of the decks because water is seeping into the house and rotting the wood. I am not sure that Hencke caused the problem, but they did not bother to return numerous calls asking them to come look at the problem. I called on a different phone as a new customer and they called back immediately and wanted to come out the same day to give me an estimate. When they found out we were the same customers who had calmly and nicely called about an issue, they did not follow-up. This is poor customer service.

This company did great work on my balcony. Very prompt and proficient.
