I came to the Tulane University Hospital in New Orleans, LA because my fiance was having chest pains for over a week now. I drove here and to my amazement they don't have parking for the general public. They have parking for employees and students only. You have to pay to park your car and quite frankly that's the last thing I want to be doing. I came here for an emergency and it seems all they worry about it's making some money. The emergency room is packed and it's very dirty. Their's trash all over the floor and the place just looks unsanitary. I've counted over thirty people in the waiting room and everyone is complaining about what's taking the nurses so long to call their name. Patients are constantly walking up to the front desk to see what's going on. In the back the nurses are doing nothing but gossiping for the most part and I find that very unprofessional. They don't seem to care that people are waiting to be seen. I will never come back here again. I rather drive an hour if I have to than to come here ever again. This was an unenjoyable experience.
