My wife and I came down to enjoy some martini's on the whim of a recommendation from a friend. I will think twice about listening to that person again. When we first arrived, they must have asked us 3 times what we wanted to order in just a few short minutes. It felt like they wanted us in and out of there ASAP. We requested to sit in the court yard for some fresh air (it's very dark in there) and they said sure. Once out there we must have waited over 45 minutes before giving up and walking to a server to get drinks. Both the server and the bartender rudely refused to bring our order and said we had to order directly from the bar. I have had better service at MacDonald's. We were shocked at the horrific attitudes from their staff and will do our best to make sure our friends and colleges aren't punished with the same experience.
The funny thing is we were in town for an conference that had almost 40,000 people in attendance. You can guarantee next year that we will tell as many of them as we can, to not touch this place with a 10 foot pole.
