My wife and I went to ""Nach Mamas"" on a whim along the stretch of Magazine St. that is packed with restaurants.
I had a traditional Enchilada dish, while my wife had a steak and bleu cheese wrap that was out of this world.
The service was terriffic, and we left stuffed.
If we were to do it again, I think we would split the wrap, because even the lunch came in huge portions.
I don't usually encourage ""splitting"" meals, but the size of the meals were tremendous.
I have lived in Dallas, TX, where Mexican food is expected to be the real deal. Nacho Mamas was the real deal, and I haven't had a true Mexican meal since leaving there.
I think it's worth a shot. The prices are reasonable and the food is, like I said, out of this world.
The presentation, the taste, the service all make it worth the trip.
