Megacuts

we've been customers in this place because of Glen, He used to cut the hair of every member in the family, my girls loves him, my son and my husband -both - are very 'particular' about the way they want their hair, and only trust Glen for that!
Today we went there and they told to us h's no longer working there, and we left...Then we drive to the Super Cuts that are located around the corner on Jefferson (where Walmart is on Harahan) and, we were so Happy to find Glen there!
Other ladies at Mega Cuts are nice and do an okay cuts, and definitely we feels
so much confortable with Glen's way to works!
so, here we are now... on Super Cuts, following Glen!

I just came back from getting my hair cut from there and the lady was so rude .. I didn't catch her name but the other lady was just as rude
I had fairly long hair , it was about to my butt & I wanted to just get like 2-3 inches off ... well she cut like 5-6 inches off & now it's just past my shoulders :( when I said I wanted layers, she told me she couldn't do it & had a attitude , I also told her I wanted bangs that were long enough to be tucked under my ear & once again she had an attitude... I will NOT be going there ever again & I don't recommend this place to anyone !!

I asked for a #3 and this man I believe his name is Jeremy cut it and made it way to short there was liquor on his breath I should of asked for someone else but at first I thought it was listerine until halfway through when he took a break went to the bathroom and came out smelling stronger and began to slur do not get your hair cut by this man

I went in and asked for a #3 clipper on the sides and back and asked her to either scissor the top or use a #4 and left it at her discretion. She chose to scissor the top and it came out great! She also tapered the sides and back with a #2 which is what I wanted for but I didn't have to ask , it was like she knew what looked good on me. She also trimmed my Fred Flinstone eye brows. She has a natural talent, she won't be there long she will be in Hollywood soon : ( Her name is Jessica she's there Monday, Wednesday and Friday exclusively.

When you go in or call, ask for Jess. To start, she has the sweetest personality! She listened to what I wanted to do with my hair. She offered a couple of suggestions that would work well with the shape of my face and texture of hair. Then got down to business! Before you know it she was done. I absolutely love it!! I'll be a repeat client, for sure <3

You must ask for Jessica. I've been to many professional hair stylists from Hollywood (I work in the film industry), and Jessica is undoubtably the best. She possesses an immense sense for detail, styles precisely as you so desire. What is she doing in a Megacuts? I should take her under my wing and set up an exclusive shop for her. Self-confident, Jessica has, without a doubt, the personality married with the skill. And believe you me, a decent haircut is hard to come by. But Jessica's work is beyond decent, it's truly wonderful. And by the way, I have no vested investments nor do I know anyone affiliated with Megacuts, but I sure found a gem called Jessica. Not many "no appointment", "off-the-street" hair cutting salons have true, and I mean true professionals! But I found one.
