One of the main issues I have with this hospital is that the location moved and it takes 15 minutes before you get on the phone with an actual person. On top of that the receptionists are snappy and unwilling to help. It took two weeks before a referral was processed. For a business that operates by reviewing referrals and then making appointments, it does not happen quickly. If you have a condition that is difficult to live with, they tell you to go to the ER. Obviously, if someone is going to the doctor, they have a hard to manage condition. So, when you get a referral sent, make sure your doctor says it urgent. Or it'll take a long time.
