I don't know how payments were accepted when the nursery opened, but they do currently accept money via PayPal, Credit Card, and Cash. I also received CCAP assistance and was responsible for a $40 copayment, so they accept kids whose parents receive CCAP. I have found that they don't value the parentage. I enrolled my child with the understanding that the preschool would be moved to the new site by early April (a month after enrolling). I paid a $50 registration fee, a discounted $17...view more5 supply fee that doesn't include their KinderPad-since I applied online for $20 (the fee is now $25). . Instead (by their account) due to the apathy down at City Hall they met with many obstacles to opening. The nursery moved on August 1st. Also, they don't update their calendars with ample notice. Two field trips were planned and I was informed that there wouldn't be anyone at the facility to receive the children whose parents wouldn't be allowing them to attend. I was given a week's notice for the promotional excersize even though it took place three months after my child's enrollment. Although, I was grateful that they took my child initially, I grew to understand that the services listed on the website aren't available at the nursery and the staff is not always on one accord with the owners as the owners don't feel it necessary to respond to questions such as: "What does the supply fee cover". They will respond, however, if you are making payments. The only thing on their website that they hold true is their handbook. I gave a one week notice that I would be removing my child and was told that I would be billed an additional two weeks instead of one week per their policy which is laughable because they promised me a credit on the supply fee (since I paid the $175 based on the new site and my daughter ended up being at the old building for six months). I asked if they would transfer the credit to the childcare payment that I owed and was told no ( a week after I sent my notice) and that I would be billed for two weeks in addition to the final week of her attendance. They have a good location now and the potential to grow, but don't be mistaken, your money is the most important factor in your child's presence there. If you want your child to go to a place whose only offering is a new building, have at it. The issues that I have listed are things that matter to me, they may not matter to you. If so, it's not a bad place, but in my opinion it's not worth $125 weekly at this time. If you have the patience and budget to invest in a start-up organization that operates in this way, do so. I am opting out.view less

They only take cash and you can not leave your kid there if you are late with payment regardless of the reason. If you pay late once out of a million they jump down your throat and treat you as a common thug.
We take various forms of payment including debit and credit cards via sqaure payments (i.e. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex and Diners), along with cash and money order. So to say we only take cash is a flase statment. As it relates to not being able to leave your child at our facility if you do not make payment Tuesday is a school policy, just like any our preschool in LA. You can not go to the store and walk out with merchandise if youe do not pay for it.
