Not a good pick if you love your child!
Infant room is great. Very clean, cheery, lots of engaging toys for babies. But the buck stops there. Once your kid leaves infant room, this place has a lot to be desired!!!!! Staff turn-over rate is terrible. There is NO consistency in keeping workers so your child will never be able to form a bond his or her caregiver. Owners have no clue as to what types of things should going on that are developmentally appropriate for each stage. One year olds sit on a rug ALL DAY. If they DARE get off the workers in the room herd the babies back to the rug for MORE sitting in front the tv. Staff is NOT attentive and do not inform parents of child being ill (because they do not interact with them). Most of the people hired are inexperienced teeny-boppers straight out of high school and clearly have had no training on how to care for others peoples kids. One of the older kids "teacher" talks so mean to the kids with the nastiest tone you would ever want to hear and their form of correcting bad behavior is sticking kids in another room ALONE unattended and made to stand on against the wall. They claim low ratio but are bursting at the seems to collect as much bang for buck as possible. They have even been sited of the department of social services state review board!!!! Among many other violations. Bottom line, if you want your child to be someone where they see strangers everyday(high turn-over, toddlers hearded like cattle and forced to sit on a rug to watch t.v. doing nothing engaging, corporal punishment, and being cared for by inexperienced, untrained staff then this is the place for you!!! Do your research, check the dept. of soc. ser website for quality star rated facilities. The more the better.
