        If I could give negative stars I would. After being assured that they would have the equipment that we needed for a job; we took off work early, cancelled weekend plans, and went to get the equipment. Upon arriving THEY DON'T HAVE ANY OF THE EQUIPMENT, everything is broken!? We were told no need to reserve anything over the phone earlier in the week, then were told once we arrived that we should have reserved if we wanted something for this weekend. Absolute waste of a weekend, and lost work hours that we will never get back, completely furious as I write this. Terribly run business, how can a company that rents equipment have nothing but broken equipment (oh and apologies. Guess what, apologies don't get the job done!)

        I am sorry, yes apologizing again, for your trouble. This is NOT a typical event. It does happen but not as a norm. We cannot control what customers do with the equipment when it leaves here and sometimes it is returned needing repairs. Again I do apologize and offer for you to try us again. It is helpful, if you are needing a piece for a specific day to reserve it. Thank you for your input and again I welcome you to try us again.
