Green Acres Towing & Recovery

I wish I could give them a negative rating, they illegally towed my car from my apartment Bc of a No handicap tag..which is clearly hanging in the window. Then the lady who answers the phone is RUDE, there is nowhere to sit, I had wait for over 2 hours outside in the cold. Until someone from the apartment complex I live in pays them. Not to mention I missed a whole day of work Bc of someone else's mistake.

This company illegally tows cars from lots that DO NOT have "no parking" signs posted. They do not maintain presence of signs and lie about it when they do tow.

I called Green Acres towing to get my truck towed from Metairie to New Orleans. I noticed on their web site that they offer a 5% discount if you have AAA and you mention it and mention their website. When I talked to the tow driver he lied and said that they do not do that. So why have it on your web site take that off. Anyway the driver said it would be 75 dollars which is not bad. After he said the price I asked if he would come around 2:30 he said no he had a bunch of tows it would be 4:00. I waited and waited I got no call no nothing. If you want to be lied to about saving 5% get told it will cost 75 dollars and not have your car towed. Then by all means call them and waste your breathe and time cause I did and it was time wasted.

These people are extremly RUDE! The 1st time I went the lady was rude an non informing so I let it go the 2nd time I went the mechanic was EXTREMLY rude! Never again!

Did not call or arrive within an hour as told then didnt come at rescheduled time. NO CALL FROM DISPATCHER OR DRIVER. Called again for them to try to charge for 2 tows. Supervisor was rude, driver was rude and scary looking. Dont waste your time give ur bussiness to a reputable company
