I was assigned them by Medicare to supply my insulin pump and supplies. I had to wait a month for my pump since they had to order the one I wanted because they did not have it in stock. I have often had to contact them due to billing errors. Even though they know I am on disability and am paid on the 3rd of the month, they keep trying to bill me on the 28th. I have called and told everyone I can actually speak to about this issue and have been assured it is taken care of, only to have it happen again 2 months later. I even let them bill me twice in one month, so I "didn't get away with 3 weeks of free pump rental" and to get on the right schedule. After the third round with customer service I filed a complaint with Medicare and am in the process of switching providers. If you have a choice, do business with people who care about quality service.
