Crear Tracy DDS

I showed up early and I had to wait 2 hours to be seen. It took 30 mins for someone to finally give me an X-ray and I thought the dentist was supposed to give you mouth wash before they remove teeth but they didn't! This was my first time at this place and I got my cavities filled and a tooth removed and I was not prescribed any antibiotics afterwards; now I have an infection. Regardless if my insurance would've covered it or not I wasn't given the option to decide to pay out of pocket for the medication. I might consider legal action if there's no solution to my pain. I will turn everyone I know away from this place!

I was referred to Dr. Tracy Crear by a friend. My first visit was ok, except the wait, second was also ok, except the wait was even longer. My third visit, I told them I wouldn't be returning. I came 15min early to each visit waited in the waiting room up to 3o min. My last visit the prepped me, put me in a chair, turned on cartoons (Im 28 by the way) and I waited for over an hour. They walked around, gossiped, laughed, all the while I'm sitting there waiting. Finally I asked what was going on, they than informed me that the Dr. is on her way from the other location. At this point I'd been waiting almost 2hrs on my Sat. nobody told me anything. I got up and left, they asked of I wanted to reschedule, I said I wouldn't be returning do to their high level of unprofessionalism. They still call me to schedule a cleaning.... I won't return.
