Good Customer service Cold Food

Visited this location on Sunday Night and was disappointed. Customer service was good but the food really ruined my experience. I had a bowl of French onion soup and a side of portobellos mushrooms. My wife ordered Steak and portobellos. When my food arrived it tasted like it had been sitting out all day and was cold. The portobellos were also cold. I sent it back and they warmed it in the microwave. My wife's steak was ok. It had a bland taste and was not hot when received but warm to cold. It will be a while before I ever go to Applebee's again. Waiters were nice and friendly.

I love applebee's salads and also love the fact that you don't have to always go inside to dine you order and they bring the food right to the car.
