In 23 years of having my own company and ordering from hundreds of costume/jewerly companies, I have never been so shocked from the bad attitude and rudeness I received over the phone. I will never do business with them again and that is my suggestion to anyone who thinks of calling their number! I called back to talked to the owner, Mike and he said "well that's the way it is. She is a valuable employee to me." He did not care how she treated me or anyone else. I was completely floored by his reaction. Stay clear of this company!
