Port City Taxi

I called this taxi to the New London Train Station for myself, my two daughters and my granddaughter. When the cab arrived the driver very rudely snapped at us stating he could not take us without a car seat. My granddaughter is well above the car seat age and she would have been riding in the back seat. We were refused service because of the color of our brown skin. There was an African American woman who tried to take the cab when we walked away and she too was refused by this driver. Then he was approached by a white man who promptly got into the cab and drove away. When I called to complain about this driver, I was hung up on twice. Never use this taxi service. They are racist, rude, and unprofessional.

From New Jersey toTrain station in Ct I was very nervous ordering a CT taxi a half hour ride to Funeral home for my Uncle's wake. Rick was great. Made the round trip ride well worth the money. He was courteous and professional. Thank you Rick.

I can highly recommend. This taxi company was VERY helpful and VERY efficient. We will use them again.

YOU LEFT MY WIFE STRANDED AT WORK YOU MORONS WHAT KIND OF COMPANY ARE YOU RUNNING OVER THERE? HOW CAN YOU LEAVE A WOMAN STRANDED AT WORK AT 11PM AT NIGHT!? YOU AUGHT TO BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES AND THE PERSON THAT DID THIS NEEDS TO BE FIRED.

I have to say, I've had great experiences! They are always on time, good communication, and personable drivers. With Yellow Cab, it was the exact opposite. I just called them again for a scheduled pickup to bring me to work....even though the roads are snowing and they drive a fleet of Prius's I decided reliability was worth it.

Great, reliable company...the ONLY cab company serving New London, CT that is on time and professional. SO NICE and the cabs are in great condition.



Look for the Blue Taxis!!!!
