San-Ken Homes Inc

San-Ken Homes built my husband and I our first home 18 years ago. They were very knowledgeable about the entire process and were there to assist us from clearing the lot, to editing the house plan to best fit our needs, right up through handing over the keys at closing. Our home is very well constructed and we love it! We have recommended and still do recommend San-Ken Homes, Inc. to others who are looking to build their forever home.

We had a house built in 1998. San-Ken kept their word in everything they said verbally to us. The house was a beautifully sited one. Ken and Sandy and the workers they hired were very respectful. They gave us quite a bang for our buck. We came from a distance not knowing the town or the people. I had received a reference from the then Fire Chief that they were good peeps and they certainly were. They also sold our home in Jan 2014 and did a wonderful job for us selling. We really miss the home that they built for us. It was beautiful 2 and a half bath home with beams across the basement and garage with no lally columns in the way. They did a great job for my young family of four.

Horrible company- has no feelings for the land or people living around their properties. Will build anything as long as they can make a quick buck. Their houses are crap, my friends moved out a long time ago when everything started to go! DO NOT BUY
