        do not shop here! go elsewhere!

        Went to this store with my mother in law to try to exchange a phone because it wouldn't charge. We couldn't exchange it because the screen was cracked so we told the guy, Ali, we would be back. When we got home the phone was not in the box we gave it to him in. Called him the next and he was extremely rude to me and a complete jerk. Don't shop here!

        This place gives best customer service i think in state manager at the place ali hooked me up with 25% discount everytime i go there to pay my bill. Also they got a new manager so if u lookin for someone that can give u a deal go to this metro pcs best plans and phones!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
