many drivers are nice but many are also rude. my driver accused in front of the entire bus of stealing from them when i didnt. this situation was reported and i was apologized to, but it was a very unprofessional thing to do.
This morning the bus driver of bus #732 blew through a red traffic light at the intersection of Church Street and George. It then turned down Chapel. The bus had several children on it. I called the bus company and they gave me the excuse that the bus needs time to stop and probably couldn't. Parent remember when your child is on a First Student bus the driver holds their lives literally in their hands.
Horrible. They are so bad never come on time and the first days off school they never come to pick up the kids u call like 10 time to see what happen to the bus and they put u on hold and never get the phone back..

Provided by SuperpagesI have been dealing with First Student for 4 years my daughter is now in second grade and they have not gotten any better, Right now I have been on hold with them for about 20 mins. My daughters bus is over an hour late. The reps never know where the buses are and the reps that answer the phone are rude, unprofessional and dont seem to care that your child is not home on time! I mean within the past 20 mins 2 different people have picked up the phone 3 different times no one yet with an answer. The drivers sometimes come 15 - 20 min early in the morning and at drop off time its over an hour late. I am so sick of 1st Student I sometimes wonder if the same people that managed a bus company years ago run this one. I swear im going to scream I almost want to take my children to school myself because this is just plain ridiculous!!! BTW
The way these busses rip around corners and fly around town is inexcusable!!!! I wouldnt allow my children on these busses if my life depended on it. Drivers are rude and have no sense or meaning of the word CAUTION.
