Had to drive quite a ways to get here, but as their website says, if you get to counter before 1130 they can help u same day. Keep in mind the line can get long around 10 am. I got there at 930 and had to wait till 1 to pick up my birth certificate or you could have it mailed in 3 to 5 days. The people were pleasant though and do a great job.
