I have eaten at Grottino restaurant several times since it has opened and all I can say is, I wish every eating establishment were as warm and welcoming as this one. Besides the atmosphere the service was on time, and most of all the food was awsome, the amounts are very generous, the taste is wonderful, from the appetizers to the complmentary homemade chips and the main course is to die for. And as far as the pizza is concerned, well let me just remind everyone how pizza use to be made, in a pizza oven, not on a rotating belt that you put in one end and out comes what they call is pizza. The food is made fresh and not in bulk to cut corners, and beleive me you can taste it. All I can say is welcome to the neigborhood and I,m sure you'll be around for a very long time. Keep up the good work!!!!!
found this place by chance, it is a small unassuming family run restaurant and take away. as vegetarians it can be hard to eat in the US but this menu had a huge choice and the portions were huge (the owner actually gave us large rather then regular portions at no extra cost). We were offered dessert free but were too full to accept and in fact took a large amount of food with us that we had been unable to finish. The owner and his family were mexican and all helped out including his young daughters, they genuinely interested in where we were from (we r english) and what we were doing in the area. I would recommend you locate this place if you like hearty foode, good portions and a friendly service.
