Been doing business with Millie at Cress collision since I had hair. She and her staff not only give great service, but they also stand by their parts. They will even find parts that they don't stock and give you the information to get your parts, elsewhere. I've lost my hair now, but I will never lose the respect I have for Cress Auto Parts and their staff. If your nice you can even get a picture taken, and added to her Picture Wall Of Famous Customers. She makes her customers feel that good. Unless your a jerk. And we do have some in this world. LOL
I don't know what the previous posts are about.. I have had nothing but positive experiences from this business. I guess if you don't know you are ordering or expect an 100% color match on a salvage part you would be unhappy, but for the rest of us in the industry its a good place to get good clean parts at a reasonable price. I have and will continue to use Cress both professionally and personally for years to come! Thanks guys!!!
I recently broke down and used my roadside asst program. After contacting my roadside service (and waiting a hour for them to find a local tow company), eventually they sent DDT. I was upset when the driver arrived. To my surprise, he was very nice & helpful. I was ready to cancel my membership, but dealing with DDT made the experience better!
