Understanding that this customer owns a store and also sells vapor products...he should already be well educated and know that leaving a battery in a charger after it is fully charge will burn up the board in a non-rated cheap charger. This is the type of business owner and customer that will engage into rudeness just to be notice. Policies are set in place to protect not only the customer, but the standards of any professional business. FYI...I took the charger to the "Back Room" to call the manufacture and ran a diagnostic test on it for free. That is called going beyond customer service. What is wrong with this picture? He owns a store and sells Vapor Products...but yet shops at my store. Wishing him the best in his vapor product business.
