I recently bought a car at Chacon New Braunfels, and the service was great! I have just moved back home to New Braunfels after living in Japan for 18 years, and was a bit nervous buying a car. After extensive internet research, I narrowed down the type of car I wanted, and found five dealerships along I-35 between San Marcos and San Antonio. Kenneth Adorno at Chacon New Braunfels was the most helpful and caring person I met. He patiently and cheerfully answered my many, many questions, and never once pressured me on making any decisions. Other dealers I talked to weren't nearly as friendly - some still employed 'old school' sales techniques. The service department at Chacon is awesome as well. A strange sound coming from my car's air-con turned out to be some leaves caught in an air-intake filter, which they quickly checked and fixed. I am very happy with my car buying experience at Chacon, and I feel great that I was able to shop at a local business.
I had a flat tire after work today and stopped at Roger Beasley. I couldn't get ahold of my husband and didn't know where else to go. Quentin tried to fill my tire up with air, but it wasn't working. Getting a little desperate at this point, I asked Rick if I could test drive a car to my daughter's school. He asked me what kind of car I would like to drive and what features I was interested in. I told him a Sonata- and air conditioned seats! I put the carseat in the car and, in my haste, broke my thumbnail off. Enter Rick to the rescue with a bandaid! We drove to my daughter's school and picked her up, and Rick looked up tire places that were open. When I came back, Quentin had put on my spare for me. Incredible service from two guys who knew I wasn't going to buy a car. Because of them, my daughter wasn't stranded at school, and I got my kids and myself home in one piece. Best choice of Dodge dealership by far within a 200 mile span. After dealing with a frustrating San Antonio dealership I called spoke with Taylor A and explained exactly what I wanted and the price I was willing to pay and he called me back in three minutes securing that price. The finance department was no hassle and I had all paperwork signed and was out the door with my new Challanger in two hours. The employees are dedicated to their customers and the quality of service is bar none. I cannot say enough about the dealership and the employees. If you are tired of fighting for the price you want and wasting time call or go to Bluebonnet Dodge, you will not be disappointed. This is our second vehicle from Bluebonnet Dodge and we couldn't be happier.
