We needed a tear off and new roof along with gutters and down spouts (just the front of the house). The entire job, from the first meeting with Doug, to the delivery of the product, to the crew being adaptive to our need to get out of the driveway for work, to the clean up and even at the end of the project when we decided to add new gutters to the back of the house - everything was handled in a very professional manner. We had several other estimates and Doug came up with the best price for the amount of work we needed, even when we added on the additional gutters at the close of the job. We have a bungalow that needed a complete tear off with a re-deck. I contacted Evansen Builders for a free estimate on a roof replacement and Mike gave me a very competitive price. Doug Evansen was excellent to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Although he was not the least expensive, he was very competitive and offered the best overall value when material and warranty were compared. His crew's installation was outstanding. They completed the entire project in one day and his cleanup was so thorough, it didn't even appear that they had been there at all.

Thanks for the great job replacing our roof! Your workers were very professional in their work and cleaned up our yard completely when they were done. Our old leaky roof was removed and a new roof installed in a day. Everything was done according to our requests and contract. The color goes well with the rest of the house, the shingles are all straight and lay very flat, and there is very minimal painting touch-up for us. We'd highly recommend Evansen Builders as a roofing contractor.

Thank you very much for our beautiful new roof. It is such a pleasure to be able to get a good nights sleep knowing we do not have to worry about leaks in our family room or anywhere else in our house as we experienced a rather rainy spring.



Your crew of workers were here when you promised bright and early and had our old two layers of roofing ripped off in half a day. The amazing thing is that they completed putting on the new roof the same day and upon finishing, completly cleaned up everything. Needless to say, we were impressed with your company and all your workers and would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone. We were also impressed by the way that the shingles were delivered and placed on our roof on a conveyer.



We do not miss our old red roof and are completely satisfied with the warm and excellent look of the pewter color we choose. It looks quite lovely and is a great addition to our block. The entire operation was done on a very professional and timely basis not to mention, the great competitive pricing you have to offer.
