I ordered a Mother's Day bouquet for my grandmother to be delivered today. I chose the deluxe option so that it would be large and full. The bouquet I chose was to have roses, daisies, and other filler flowers and greenery. However, my grandmother received her flowers this morning and it was absolutely nothing as shown and described when I ordered it. It was a basket full of the same daisy. No roses, no filler flowers, and a few stems of greenery....they also left a hole in the bouquet where more flowers needed to be added. I called the floral shop and the woman I talked to hardly gave me the chance to explain the situation. She spoke over me during the whole phone call. I called the daisies my grandmother received 'pink' and she rudely had to correct me and tell me exactly what color they were. Like it even mattered, that was beside the fact. I could have bought daisies at the grocery store and they wouldn't have been $56! The floral shop did remake the arrangement and delivered it. They should be embarrassed with their first one. I won't be ordering anything from here again. They obviously have a hard time delivering and honoring what I've paid for.

We used Nance's for our wedding a couple months ago. I loved all of their creative ideas, the arrangements were gorgeous!!! it was beyond what I could have even imagined! Thanks Nance's for making our day so perfect!! :)
