General Info

All properties are non-smoking. All properties are furnished. Bed linens and towels are provided (no beach towels). The kitchens are equipped with basic appliances, utensils and cookware. Bath soap, toilet tissue and dish soap are provided. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Grey Fox office in Neskowin. Please call the office to make special arrangements for late check-ins. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Maximum occupancy rules (which includes children) and the maximum number of cars permitted will be strictly enforced. If guests or cars exceed the allowed number for the unit, you will be asked to leave and may be liable for additional charges. There is a 2-night minimum stay except holidays, which require a 3-night stay. Winter rates (25% discount) apply from October 1st to March 15th, except holidays. The Chelan winter rates are effective from October 1st to May 15th. A deposit in the amount of 1/2 of the total rental fee (including cleaning fee) is required to secure a reservation. The deposit check must be received within 20 days of making the reservation. All homes require a security deposit of $300.00 in the form of a separate check, which is collected upon arrival. The deposit is totally refundable providing there is no damage, missing inventory, or excess cleaning required after departure. Some homes allow pets. Grey Fox has been finding accommodations for visitors to the Oregon coast for over 15 years. We currently have rental homes in these beautiful coastal communities: Neskowin: This quaint village features a beautiful beach in the shelter of Proposal Rock. Commercialism is limited to the Neskowin Marketplace Deli/Grocery, the excellent Hawk Creek Cafe, two 9-hole golf courses, a riding stable (summers only) and an art gallery. Neskowin is 10 miles north of Lincoln City and 30 miles from the Oregon Coast Aquarium. Pacific City: A few miles north of Neskowin, this former sleepy fishing village is coming to life with shops, galleries and several excellent restaurants. Year-round horseback riding and fishing charters are available by appointment. The beach at Cape Kiwanda is home of the dory fleet and offers tide pools and 300-foot dunes for climbing. Tierra Del Mar: Just to the north of Pacific City, this quiet community offers a wonderful flat beach for walking and views of both Cape Kiwanda and Cape Lookout. Cape Meares: This quiet village is just west of Tillamook and north of Oceanside. Lincoln City: A popular destination, Lincoln City has it all: the beach, shopping, restaurants, Chinook Winds Casino. Newport: The Oregon Coast Aquarium, Hatfield Marine Science Center, Yaquina Bay Lighthouse, Yaquina Baybridge and the historic Bayfront District are just a few of the attractions of Newport.
