I go to this bank because I like being treated like a person when I walk in and not just a dollar sign. They know me, and greet me when I walk in. They take pride in there customers and I really appreciate that.

I can not say enough about SIR credit union. They are there when you need them when you have questions to ask. I not only use them for my personal account, but business account as well. I have had many different banks over the years but I really like the personalized service that they provide here it is top notch!

When I go in everyone is very easy going and polite to you. I go in frequently and as a business owner it feels good to build a relationship with people, especially with the ones that handle your money. They help me out and I use them for my personal accounts as well.

I usually do all of my banking here at the branch location because it is local for me. I must say everything is done professionally. What I like the most is the friendly staff there, and how they always ask how you are doing or how your day is going. They don't have to do that though I feel they go out of there way in doing so!

The representatives know me and greet me when I come in, which has made my experience with them very positive. Currently, SIR Credit Union manages both my personal and business accounts and I've never experienced a problem in the last 10 years I've been a member. I'm very happy with their services and all they've done for me. They are easy for me to get to because they are not too far from where I live. If I ever have a concern, question or need advice about anything regarding my accounts, they are always very helpful. I couldn't ask for more because I'm already receiving their best. They are by far the better deal in town. I will continue to tell my friends, business peers and family about their services because the people I've referred are just as happy as I am. -Carl

SIR Credit Union has been my primary bank for about 10 years. I've never had a problem with any of their services or way they've handle my personal account. They are always available if I ever need anything or have a question about anything. Plus they are close to where I live so it's really convenient for me to get to them. If there are times I am unable to get to them I just use their internet banking. I couldn't think of a better place to bank with because when bank there I feel like a valued member. -Lori
