        Overall

        I hired this company to trim an apple tree. They butchered the job. Even their own company representative said, "I don't know what they were thinking". The owner does not supervise his workers on the job site. They didn't charge me, but if someone had offered to PAY ME for the ugly disfigurement of a beautiful tree, I would not have taken the money. Sadly, this tree will never be the same.

        If I could give them negative stars, I would.
